2018 USA Bat standards for baseball bats

Little League nationals have implemented new "USA Bat" standards for 2018 baseball bats that will likely require players to buy new bats for the upcoming season. This rule change is being made across most youth baseball leagues in order to promote safety and more "wood-like" bat performance. Please see the link below for more details about the bat standards, which apply only to baseball (not softball) bats 27" and larger.
