SMNLL Make-up Evals - Sat Jan 20th, Registration Closes Jan 19th!

Make-up mandatory evaluations for Farm, Minors, and Majors baseball and softball will be held on Saturday, January 20th at the baseball fields behind Huntington Middle School accessible off Sherwood Rd. Note that our registration for Farm and older divisions closes at 11:59pm on Friday, January 19th before the second evaluation, so be sure to register ASAP! Also note that T-Ball and Coach Pitch players DO NOT need to attend evaluations, and teams will be formed in early February.

SMNLL holds evaluations in order to create balanced teams and make sure each player ends up in the appropriate division. Evaluations consist of hitting and defensive drills, and players do not need to have baseball/softball experience, but they do need to bring an appropriate glove and preferably their own bat and helmet. Players need to attend one of the two evaluations, and if your player does not attend an evaluation and you do not contact us, we cannot guarantee that they will be placed on a team.

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled evaluation so you can get registered at the check-in table on the HMS blacktop. In the event of rain, we will send out further details about whether make-up evals will be rescheduled or cancelled.

Baseball Make-up Schedule - Saturday, January 20th
Majors BB 10am - 10:30am (HMS West Majors field)
Minors BB 10:30am - 11am (HMS West Majors field)
Farm BB 11am - 11:30am (HMS West Majors field)
High School Prep BB (will be held on January 21st, details to follow separately)

Softball Make-up Schedule - Saturday, January 20th
Combined Majors AND Minors SB 9am - 9:30am (HMS West Majors field)
Farm SB 9:30am - 10am (HMS West Majors field)
Juniors SB (no evals needed)
